Calgary, AB.
Shift: 7am – 3:30pm.
Key Responsibilities Assemble mechanical, electrical, or manufactured components using hand and power tools.
Read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, diagrams, and assembly drawings.
Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company and customer standards.
Operate basic manufacturing equipment and production machinery safely.
Identify and report defects, inconsistencies, or process improvements.
Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
Follow all workplace safety procedures, policies, and PPE requirements.
Support packaging, labeling, and material handling as required.
Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to meet daily production targets.
Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S or lean manufacturing practices.
Qualifications & Requirements 1+ year of experience as an assembler in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to assemble mechanical components.
Ability to perform simple wiring.
Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
Basic technical drawing, schematic, and written instructions familiarity.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting.
Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Comfortable with overtime or shift work when required.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes.

Ability to adapt to changing production priorities.
