Staffmax is supporting our client in hiring reliable and hardworking Manufacturing Associates for a 6-month contract.
This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, hands‑on environment and are dedicated to quality, efficiency, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities   Operate and monitor production line equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Assemble, inspect, and package products in accordance with quality standards.
Follow production schedules and ensure daily targets are met.
Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area.
Perform basic machine setup and assist with troubleshooting as needed.
Accurately complete production documentation and report any issues to supervisors.
Comply with all health, safety, and company policies.
Qualifications   Prior experience in a manufacturing or production setting is an asset.
Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 lbs.
High attention to detail and a commitment to product quality.
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented with a robust work ethic.
Able to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
