Key Responsibilities:
• Pick and organize customer food orders efficiently
• Coach team members to achieve accuracy and schedule targets
• Maintain First In First Out inventory practices
• Conduct record-keeping and follow-ups for order accuracy
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures daily
Requirements:
• Previous experience in food manufacturing or warehouses
• Leadership experience in a high-paced environment
• Comfort working in a temperature-controlled environment
• Ability to stand for 10-hour shifts
• Proficient in communication tools like Google Workspace
