At DSM, you will play a crucial role in the Manufacturing Team by inspecting electronic components and ensuring compliance with safety and craftsmanship standards. Engage actively with your team by communicating issues and data to Machine Operators and Group Leaders, ensuring timely solutions. Your immediate feedback will help maintain high quality standards, propelling improvements in the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect electronic components for compliance using AOI technology

• Communicate discrepancies to the Machine Operators and Group Leaders

• Track and document common faults for quality assurance

• Operate press-fit and X-ray equipment when needed

• Provide solutions to proactively support Operators and Inspectors

Requirements:

• Experience in electronics manufacturing is a plus

• Willingness to learn AOI equipment operations

• Basic computer navigation skills

• Problem-solving abilities in a timely manner

• Availability for rotating shifts and occasional overtime
