Materials Coordinator

Drive effective material coordination as a Materials Coordinator II in Calgary. Engage with vendors and teams to ensure optimal material fulfillment for site maintenance activities.

In this role, you will manage end-to-end coordination of materials essential for project support. You'll collaborate with various departments, including procurement, planning, and inventory, fostering communication and service fulfillment. Your expertise in SAP material catalogs and problem-solving will be key in executing system transactions and managing logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide input on spares stock optimizing reliability and cost

• Develop relationships promoting continuous improvement

• Assist in returning parts for credit and core management

• Coordinate logistics for repair and return of materials

• Support overall maintenance activities with effective communication

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required

• Previous experience in a related role

• Strong knowledge of SAP and material search tools

• Excellent time management and organization skills

• Advanced communication and problem-solving abilities
