This position reports to the Plant Manager and involves all shipping and receiving tasks within the facility. You will handle outbound loads, incoming materials, and perform essential inventory counts. Attention to detail and safety are crucial to maintaining high standards and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate loading requirements with dispatch and drivers

• Inspect incoming shipments for damage and discrepancies

• Pick and assemble products for customer orders

• Conduct regular inventory counts as needed

• Safely operate forklifts and perform equipment inspections

Requirements:

• Over 3 years of warehousing and forklift experience

• Valid forklift license and knowledge of safety procedures

• High school diploma with basic computer skills

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying conditions
