FanMod Leadhand - Afternoon

Position Description

The Fanmod Leadhand is responsible for overseeing daily operations within the Fanmod department during the afternoon shift. This role ensures production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met while providing hands‑on leadership and support to team members. The Leadhand acts as a key point of contact between the production floor and management.

Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, Monday – Friday

• Lead, coach, and support Fanmod team members throughout the shift.
• Assign tasks based on production priorities and individual strengths.
• Ensure production schedules and output targets are met.
• Monitor workflow and adjust resources to minimize downtime.
• Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Enforce health and safety policies and ensure proper PPE usage.
• Address production issues and escalate concerns as needed.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Support training and onboarding of current employees.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing or production experience required.
• Previous leadership or Leadhand experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic computer skills.
