In your role as Production Supervisor, reporting to the Production Manager, you will take charge of the operational efficiency of the Calgary facility. You will focus on enhancing safety and productivity while addressing any operational challenges. Your leadership will shape a skilled team committed to adhering to best practices in manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead production and shipping processes within the plant
• Determine operational priorities and safety protocols
• Coordinate activities to fulfill customer orders on time
• Resolve manufacturing and maintenance issues quickly
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices
Requirements:
• Education in brewing or agriculture is valuable
• Experience with grain handling or malting processes
• Prior supervisory experience in manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of HACCP and safety practices
• Familiarity with automation and production technologies
