Manufacturing Test Supervisor at CoolIT

As the Manufacturing Test Supervisor, you will manage test activities and ensure they align with production schedules and safety requirements. With a focus on mentoring manufacturing technicians and driving collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will enhance performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your leadership will help create a positive work environment as you oversee all aspects of testing and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor manufacturing test technicians

• Oversee end-of-line testing activities

• Enforce safety standards and procedures

• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams

• Drive Lean initiatives and process improvements

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering

• 3+ years in a manufacturing setting

• Leadership experience in production

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems

• Understanding of IPC-610/620 Quality Standards
