This role offers an opportunity to work directly at a flour mill and bakery. You will be responsible for training staff in their roles and safety protocols while recommending personnel actions, such as hiring. Your oversight will ensure compliance with safety policies and enhance production quality through strategic recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Reduce hazards during the food production stages
• Train workers on safety measures and job duties
• Recommend and influence hiring and promotion decisions
• Prepare and analyze production-related reports
• Suggest improvements for productivity and quality control
Requirements:
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a supervisory capacity
• Education completed at the College/CEGEP level
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Must work onsite at the flour mill and bakery
