Key Responsibilities:

• Place mattress springs on the building table

• Attach components accurately using fastener guns

• Lift and transport mattresses to the tape-edge workstation

• Maintain a neat and orderly work area

• Complete documentation accurately and on time

Requirements:

• Basic English reading and writing skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Prior assembly or manufacturing experience

• Ability to lift 50 lbs repetitively

• Strong hand-eye coordination
