As a Health and Safety Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing safety protocols and ensuring compliance within the manufacturing sector. With 7-10 years of experience, you will lead orientations and conduct hazard assessments on-site. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct orientations and crew safety talks
• Liaise with Work Safe and manage OHS reporting
• Identify hazards and perform risk assessments daily
• Supervise safety audits and maintain safety literature
• Oversee the disability management process for employees
Requirements:
• 7-10 years experience in Health and Safety
• OHS post-secondary program completion
• Solid experience in heavy industrial environments
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Certified Registered Safety Skilled designation
