Hands-On Plant Manager in Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage comprehensive plant operations from materials to shipping

• Optimize production processes and inventory management
Requirements:

• 5–8+ years of manufacturing management experience

• Expertise in troubleshooting and technical processes

• Unionized environment experience preferred

• Background in Lean Manufacturing principles

• Outstanding leadership and communication skills
