Responsibilities- Launch, operate, and monitor production machinery to meet daily output targets.
- Conduct frequent quality checks to ensure every part meets strict standards.
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical hitches to keep the line moving smoothly.
- Document production wins, including output counts and machine run-times.
- Maintain a safe, organized workspace by following all site-specific protocols.
- Prior experience operating machinery in a manufacturing setting.
- A mechanical mindset and comfort using basic tools or interfaces.
- Physical stamina to handle long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Rock-solid reliability and a commitment to workplace safety.
- A collaborative attitude—you know that great production is a team sport.
