Skilled Industrial Painter – Night Shift

Become an integral part of our production team as a Night Shift Industrial Painter. Focus on achieving high-quality finishes on HVAC units with expertise in spray painting.

This position demands detail-oriented individuals with a solid background in industrial painting techniques and safety practices. You will engage in surface preparation and application of coatings while adhering to technical specifications. This not only helps in delivering top-tier workmanship but also enhances production efficiency with collaboration across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare metal surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking properly

• Utilize HVLP or conventional spray guns to apply various coatings

• Interpret and execute based on paint specifications and technical drawings

• Ensure optimal viscosity of paints and monitor curing processes

• Conduct quality checks and provide touch-up services as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant industrial painting experience

• Strong understanding of chemical handling and paint formulations

• Certification in industrial coatings is a plus

• Ability to read technical documents efficiently

• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work with scaffolding
