Position: Manufacturing Production Operator IKO
Become a key player in our production at IKO Industries as a Manufacturing Production Operator! Oversee machinery operation, ensure product quality, and maintain safety standards each shift.

As a Production Operator, you will work under the direction of the Production Supervisor, involved in every aspect of the production process.

Your role will include monitoring machinery, conducting quality checks, and troubleshooting issues on the production line. This position seeks individuals with experience in the manufacturing sector who thrive under precise operational conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to safety policies and complete health checks

• Operate manufacturing equipment per established procedures

• Document and report production metrics each shift

• Maintain general housekeeping in the work area

• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

• At least 2 years in heavy-industrial manufacturing

• Preferable forklift operating experience

• Comfortable standing and working in heights

• Strong manual dexterity and detail-oriented

• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in various environments
