Afternoon Shipper​/Receiver

Step into the afternoon shipper/receiver role at Bailey Metal Products, Calgary, and leverage your skills in inventory management and safe forklift operation. Our dynamic environment values accuracy and teamwork.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you'll support shipping and receiving operations, ensuring all documentation is accurate and loads are safely completed. This position requires a commitment to safety and detail as you inspect incoming goods and assemble customer orders correctly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with dispatch on loading requirements and procedures

• Verify incoming shipments and report any issues

• Efficiently pick and prepare customer orders

• Maintain accurate inventory counts

• Follow health and safety policies as required

Requirements:

• 3+ years of warehousing experience and forklift operation

• Strong knowledge of safe operating procedures

• High school diploma and basic computer skills

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs in various conditions
