Screen Print Operator

Position: Screen Print Operator Role
Elevate your career as a Screen Print Operator with DCM in Calgary, specializing in large format graphics production. This full-time, onsite position focuses on leading high-quality screen print runs.

You will take responsibility for the entire screen printing process within the Large Format department. This entails setting up and maintaining equipment, matching vibrant colors with Pantone inks, and ensuring each print meets rigorous standards. Join us for a stable, Monday to Friday day shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and prepare equipment for printing

• Carry out emulsion coating and reclamation tasks

• Mix Pantone inks to achieve accurate colors

• Operate printing presses for efficient production

• Assist with hand-finishing tasks, including die cutting

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of screen printing experience

• Proficient with M&R Saturn and Renegade XL presses

• High School Diploma or above required

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly

• Strong focus on workplace safety and organization
