Position: DCM Screen Print Operator Opportunity

Working Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., you will manage equipment setup, color mixing, and the precise operation of printing presses. As part of our Large Format department and supporting the Finishing team, your role is crucial in producing exceptional graphics for our diverse clientele. Commitment to excellence and reliability is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setup and prepare screen printing equipment effectively

• Conduct emulsion coating and reclamation processes

• Mix Pantone inks to achieve accurate color specifications

• Operate M&R Saturn and Renegade XL presses

• Assist in finishing tasks including tape and grommet application

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in screen printing field

• High School Diploma or equivalent certification

• Knowledge of M&R printing systems required

• Strong adherence to safety and cleanliness standards

• Ability to lift weight and stand for extended periods
