Journeyman Welder - Morning and Afternoon Shifts

Join Modine as a skilled Journeyman Welder focused on precision GTAW welding in our manufacturing facility. If you excel at solving welding challenges and maintaining high-quality workmanship, we want you on our team.

This role offers both morning and afternoon shifts to accommodate your schedule. You will perform GTAW welding on steel, aluminum, and stainless steel, ensuring weld quality and safety. Your attention to detail and ability to interpret blueprints will be essential to your success and our production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform GTAW (TIG) welding on light gauge materials

• Utilize FCAW and GMAW processes as needed

• Interpret technical drawings and welding specs accurately

• Maintain welding equipment through regular preventative upkeep

• Inspect welds for accuracy, strength, and consistency

Requirements:

• Proven experience with GTAW, FCAW, and GMAW welding

• Strong technical drawing interpretation skills

• Experience in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting

• Ability to lift 50 lbs

• Willingness to work overtime as necessary
