** What You'll Be Doing
*** Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure safe, efficient production
* Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to keep operations running smoothly
* Adjust controls and processes to meet quality and production targets
* Follow safety procedures and report hazards or issues promptly
* Collaborate with team members to optimize plant performance and troubleshoot challenges
** What Are We Looking For
*** Demonstrated ability to safely operate or learn to operate industrial or plant equipment
* Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and operational accuracy
* Effective problem solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team oriented environment
* Commitment to safety standards and procedures in all aspects of work
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check.

** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
