As a Finishing Operator, you will engage in hands-on work with large format equipment while ensuring quality and precision. The ideal candidate has over two years of print industry experience, enjoys problem-solving, and can manage multiple tasks effectively. Your contributions will directly assist in delivering high-quality products to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate large format laminators and vinyl plotters

• Follow fabrication instructions from work orders

• Troubleshoot finishing process issues as they arise

• Manually trim products to specified sizes

• Inspect finished work for accuracy and quality

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in large format finishing

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to lift 40lbs or more regularly

• Basic computer and math skills

• Capability to work independently with tight deadlines
