Position: Full-Time Production Supervisor Role

The bakery is in search of a dedicated Production Supervisor to ensure smooth operations and uphold safety standards in food production.

Your role will focus on training employees, preparing necessary reports, and suggesting improvements to enhance product quality. Supervision and scheduling of worker activities will be crucial to ensure production goals are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and minimize production hazards

• Train staff on company policies and safety

• Advise on hiring and promotions as needed

• Prepare and manage production and quality reports

• Schedule and coordinate workers’ activities

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of relevant supervisory experience

• Completion of college or CEGEP education

• Legal authorization to work in Canada

• Excellent organizational and mentoring skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
