Looking for a dedicated Harvesting Labourer to engage in essential farming activities, earning $18.50 hourly. This full-time role involves working directly at our agricultural site.
As a key member of our farm, you will participate in all aspects of crop handling from cleaning to packing. You will gain extensive training in grading and sorting produce for market readiness. We value commitment, reliability, and ethics in our staff, ensuring quality produce reaches consumers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and prepare agricultural crops for market
• Grade fruits and vegetables according to standards
• Pack produce efficiently for delivery
• Sort and examine crop quality before sales
• Support loading and unloading activities on-site
Requirements:
• High school graduation certification required
• Capable of lifting weights up to 50 lbs (23 kg)
• Organized and dependable work ethic
• Adaptability to various weather conditions
• Quick learning and good judgment abilities
