Located in Racine, Wisconsin, Modine is seeking a Welder Apprentice. This role is integral to our mission, requiring welding on light gauge materials utilizing FCAW, GMAW, and GTAW processes. You will be responsible for ensuring that welds meet stringent industry standards and collaborating with colleagues to meet production deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Master FCAW, GMAW, and GTAW welding processes

• Accurately read and interpret blueprints and specifications

• Guarantee weld quality and adherence to standards

• Conduct upkeep and troubleshooting of welding tools

• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the workspace

Requirements:

• Welding CWB tickets or equivalent apprenticeship experience

• Proven welding skills in FCAW and GMAW methods

• Strong ability to interpret technical drawings

• Experience with equipment maintenance

• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working overtime
