Machine Shop Supervisor in Fabrication

We are seeking a skilled Machine Shop Supervisor with 3 to 5 years of experience. You'll manage a team of 1 to 4 workers while overseeing project timelines and ensuring the use of CNC machines. Strong computer skills and experience with CADD are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CADD and other relevant software systems

• Train staff or facilitate training programs

• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations

• Requisition materials and equipment as needed

• Set up machines and supervise shop projects

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience

• Familiarity with computer numerical control (CNC) machines

• Knowledge of information management systems

• Relevant college diploma or certificate

• Strong computer and technology proficiency
