We Manage HR is recruiting for a growing company in Southeast Calgary. This role focuses on the meticulous removal of burrs, sharp edges, and machining marks, utilizing various hand and power tools. The successful candidate will be integral in preparing components for anodizing, plating, and assembly, while adhering to engineering specifications and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Remove burrs and sharp edges from components

• Use hand tools like files, scrapers, and deburring knives

• Operate power tools and pneumatic equipment safely

• Inspect components for compliance with specifications

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Experience in deburring or CNC environments

• Strong attention to detail in work

• Ability to lift 25 lbs comfortably

• Good manual dexterity and coordination

• Ability to follow safety and quality protocols
