Key Responsibilities:

• Attach the leather or rubber outsole to the upper materials

• Select appropriate outsole materials and threads based on specifications

• Inspect quality of stitched products before advancing to next step

• Verify stitching adheres to standard specifications

• Report quality issues to the supervisor promptly

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in outsole stitching

• Proficient with leather stitching machinery

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required

• Detail-oriented and organized with strong judgment

• Capable of handling repetitive tasks in varying physical positions
