In this afternoon shift role, you will handle products safely in an ESD-controlled environment and collaborate with the Lead Hand. You must have prior experience in setting up SMT equipment and conducting visual inspections, as well as a strong understanding of IPC-610 standards. Your commitment to maintaining quality products and documenting procedures will be essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate SMT production equipment for efficient assembly
• Conduct visual inspections on SMT PCBAs for quality
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment
• Document procedures and report issues to Lead Hand
• Rework defective SMT boards after inspections
Requirements:
• High school diploma;
Technical Diploma preferred
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an SMT operator
• Knowledge of BOM and manufacturing instructions
• Familiarity with IPC-610 quality criteria
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
