We're looking for an experienced Slitter Operator who is self-motivated and safety-conscious. Your responsibilities will include cutting various materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring effective operational practices. Collaboration with fellow team members to maintain a positive work environment is encouraged.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cut materials using slitting machines effectively

• Maintain accurate records and slitting logs

• Allocate belt cuts and manage inventory placement

• Assist in ensuring shop cleanliness and efficiency

• Communicate any compliance issues to the foreman

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills

• G License and dependable transportation

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Capable of adapting to stressful conditions

• Skilled in basic math and measurements
