In this role, you will oversee the safe and efficient operation of steam plant equipment, including heating systems and air compressors. Familiarity with water treatment processes, including reverse osmosis and chemical dosing, is essential. You will also be involved in routine maintenance and improvement initiatives to optimize plant operations within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate boilers and heating systems

• Regenerate and treat boiler feed water efficiently

• Conduct inspections and maintain steam plant equipment

• Log performance metrics for air systems

• Participate in safety and quality improvement discussions

Requirements:

• Grade 12 diploma needed

• Alberta Boilers Safety Association certification required

• Experience in food and beverage production preferred

• Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities

• Physically capable to handle 10- to 12-hour shifts
