The right candidate will have a pivotal role in the production of premium asphalt roofing shingles, maintaining equipment, and guaranteeing quality standards. You will operate manufacturing machinery, resolve production line issues, and prepare products for shipment while adhering to strict safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery for continuous production

• Ensure raw materials feed properly through machines

• Verify quality of finished products against specifications

• Document production metrics and downtime causes

• Conduct general housekeeping in the work area

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in heavy-industrial manufacturing

• One year of forklift operating experience preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly

• Comfortable working in dusty environments

• Fluent communication skills in English
