At our Calgary facility, we seek a dedicated Precast Labourer to enhance our production team. Key responsibilities include understanding production schedules, assembling precast elements, and maintaining quality standards. Ideal candidates will possess physical strength to manage heavy lifting and stand for extended periods while effectively following safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and conduct quality control checks

• Assemble and reinforce precast elements efficiently

• Understand and adhere to production schedules

• Perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions

• Comply with all safety requirements and policies

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of precast experience preferred

• 1 year of production laborer experience required

• Reading basic drawings is necessary

• Flexibility for overtime and varied hours

• Pre-employment drug screening compliance
