Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this position requires expertise in process engineering within the food production sector. You will be instrumental in developing HACCP and GMP programs while also leading pilot production efforts. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders will enhance our automated fractionation facility’s performance and align with our strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize manufacturing processes and enhance product safety
• Support HACCP and GMP program development and implementation
• Lead pilot-scale production and troubleshoot operational challenges
• Provide technical expertise for facility design and commissioning
• Develop key performance indicators for productivity and food safety
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering
• 5–10+ years in process engineering, ideally in food production
• Experience with HACCP and GMP programs
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Licensed Professional Engineer with a recognized association
