** What You'll Be Doing*
* * Operate and monitor crusher plant equipment to ensure optimal production flow.
* Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment reliability.
* Identify and troubleshoot operational issues to minimize downtime.
* Maintain accurate logs and documentation of production and maintenance activities.
* Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.  
** What Are We Looking For*
* * Proven ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
* Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving capabilities.
* Commitment to safety and adherence to operational procedures.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
* Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and overtime.
** Conditions of Employment*
* * Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check.  
** Work Environment*
* * Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
