This is a full‑time position with comprehensive benefits. Typical hours are 7:00 or 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 or 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, with flexibility required for occasional early mornings, evenings, weekends, alternate shifts, and overtime when needed.

Reporting to the Production Lead, you will help make the gelato and sorbetto that goes into freezers across Canada and beyond.
Production Team Members support every stage of production, including safety, quality, mixing, flavouring, filling, packaging, cleaning, documentation, and preparing product for lab testing. Our team can produce up to 12,000 pints a day, so attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed are essential.
What You’ll Do- Follow all Righteous food safety, quality, hygiene, and Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Help mix, flavour, fill, package, and prepare gelato and sorbetto for shipment.
- Safely operate production equipment after training.
- Complete production paperwork, lab samples, label tracking, and other required documentation accurately.
- Clean and sanitize equipment and production areas.
- Build strong knowledge of our products, ingredients, and allergens.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, safety‑first production environment.
- Support other production tasks as assigned.

- Can stand for up to eight hours, work in a cold production environment at times, and safely lift up to 50 lb.
- Has strong basic reading, writing, communication, and math skills.
Experience in food manufacturing, production, kitchens, or food service is an asset, but it is not required. Food Safe certification is also an asset, but not required. We will train the right person.
