Tire Inspection Supervisor

Lead production efforts as a Tire Inspection Supervisor with MDF Tire in Calgary. Oversee machine operations, staff training, and ensure quality standards in a full-time permanent role.

This position requires supervision of production workers focused on fabricating, assembling, and inspecting rubber and plastic components. The ideal candidate will set up equipment, coordinate activities, and establish effective work methods. With a vital role in recommending personnel actions, you’ll help build a dynamic team dedicated to improving productivity and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and schedule activities of production workers

• Set up production machines and equipment

• Establish methods to meet work schedules

• Recommend personnel actions, including hiring

• Train staff on job duties and safety procedures

Requirements:

• Secondary school graduation certificate

• 1-2 years of related experience

• Valid driver’s licence

• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs

• Authorized to work in Canada
