Position: On-Site Splicer Role with Precision
Elevate your craftsmanship as a Splicer in a full-time, on-site position. Focus on cable splicing and manufacturing wire rope slings to maintain our production excellence.

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Splicer is crucial to our performance objectives. You will splice cables, manufacture steel wire rope slings, and operate hydraulic presses following strict work procedures. This role requires physical strength, precision, and teamwork to ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Splice different types of cables efficiently

• Manufacture steel wire rope slings as needed

• Measure, cut, and assemble cable components

• Operate hydraulic presses for production tasks

• Complete and maintain required documentation

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience in steel cable splicing preferred

• Strong physical capabilities and team-oriented attitude

• Ability to read measurements accurately
