Engage directly with the manufacturing process while implementing systems that ensure quality and cost efficiency. Your hands-on leadership will be essential as you hire and develop a talented team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure optimal production throughput and quality

• Plan for capacity and scalability in manufacturing

• Direct procurement and supplier strategies

• Establish comprehensive quality assurance processes

• Lead recruitment and development of manufacturing staff

Requirements:

• Significant experience in regulated hardware manufacturing

• Strong operational and hands-on leadership

• Knowledge of supply chain and procurement

• Understanding of production quality systems

• Must be available on-site in Calgary
