• Lead daily manufacturing operations to achieve production goals

• Plan and adjust production schedules based on needs

• Monitor job progress and implement corrective actions

Requirements:

• Degree in relevant engineering or business discipline

• 10+ years leading large teams in manufacturing

• Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing
