Position: Vessel Fitting Expert Needed
Join Startec Compression & Process as a Vessel Fitter, focusing on precision assembly and fitting of pressure components in Calgary. This day shift role is integral to our manufacturing team.

The Vessel Fitter is responsible for the accurate assembly of pressure vessels, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience and a journeyman certification in a relevant trade. The ability to read and interpret technical drawings and familiarity with safety regulations is essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Align and fit vessel components for assembly

• Execute fabrication tasks as per engineering specifications

• Perform accurate measurements and material preparations

• Collaborate with welders for proper implementation of designs

• Uphold high quality standards to meet production goals

Requirements:

• Journeyman certificate required

• 5+ years in vessel fitting or related experience

• Proficient in interpreting blueprints

• Knowledge of applicable safety regulations
