Join a dedicated team as a Full Time Harvesting Labourer in Calgary, AB. Perform essential tasks from crop cleaning to packing fruits, all in an outdoor environment.
This permanent, full-time role involves working on-site in various weather conditions. You will benefit from staff accommodation while receiving on-the-job training for harvesting vegetables and fruits. Essential tasks include grading and sorting produce to ensure quality for market readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and prepare crops for harvesting
• Cut and pack fruits and vegetables efficiently
• Sort produce into marketable and non-marketable lots
• Grade items based on size, shape, and color
• Load and unload crates and supplies
Requirements:
• High school graduation certificate
• Willingness to learn on-site
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Dependable and flexible with work tasks
