Production Operator Alberta

CGC Inc. seeks a skilled Production Operator for its Calgary plant. This full-time position offers a prime opportunity for a motivated individual to display technical and analytical skills in manufacturing.

In this critical role, you'll operate within the Joint Treatment department, conducting detailed inspections during product development and batch production. As a key member of the team, you will receive training across various positions, ensuring a well-rounded experience in production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily operations of Ready Mix under supervision

• Train across five key operator positions

• Assist with product manufacturing in Joint Treatment

• Implement safety rules and standard operating procedures

• Maintain cleanliness in all work areas

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 2-3 years of manufacturing experience

• Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Commitment to safety and quality standards
