In this advanced role, you will perform essential assembly functions while also backing up other positions as needed. Your tasks may include packing operations for Cam shelving and maintaining high-quality standards and safety procedures for the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as an on-the-job trainer for new assembly personnel

• Execute sanding and cleaning duties as assigned

• Follow assembly schedules and ensure task completion

• Uphold safety standards and use PPE as required

• Engage collaboratively with team members and management

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment

• Proficiency in understanding safety and operational documents

• Basic math skills for measurement and calculations

• Willing to work overtime and flexible schedules

• Capable of handling physical demands, including lifting
