Make an impact as a Production Scheduling Planner at See’s Candies, known for its high-quality candy products. This role involves developing and optimizing production schedules to enhance efficiency in a bustling candy production environment.

As a Production Scheduling Planner, you will be at the forefront of managing schedules that ensure smooth operations in See’s high-volume facility. Key responsibilities include executing scheduling tasks through advanced planning systems like Ross ERP and Planet Together, managing inventory levels, and collaborating with various departments. Your contributions will ensure that the quality and safety standards at See’s are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a rolling Master Production Schedule aligned with capacity constraints

• Firm and adjust jobs for accurate production execution

• Oversee materials and inventory management for waste reduction

• Communicate risks and schedule changes proactively

• Support compliance with GMP and food safety standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations or related field preferred

• 3 to 5 years in food or CPG production scheduling

• Experience with ERP systems and data analysis tools

• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

• Strong understanding of food safety regulations
