Step into a key role at e.l.f. Beauty as a Packaging Coordinator, where you'll ensure top-notch workflow in packaging and product development. This hybrid position combines packaging support with sourcing tasks to streamline new product launches.
As a crucial member of the product development team, you will oversee component assessments, manage shipments, and maintain data integrity for all packaging needs. Collaborate closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure each product move is accurate and timely.
Your role involves leading discussions with external partners while also supporting sustainability initiatives within packaging engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own initial assessments for new product components
• Coordinate packaging shipments and sample flow
• Manage finished goods specifications with suppliers
• Initiate testing of components and analyze results
• Maintain item master data in Net Suite
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree required
• Advanced Excel skills mandatory
• Net Suite experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities
