Position: Precision Touch Up Technician at Rocket EMS
Join Rocket EMS as a Touch-Up Technician focused on reworking electronic assemblies. Utilize your soldering skills and engineering documentation expertise to ensure quality standards are met.

As a key member of the Rocket EMS team, you will perform component-level rework and precision repairs on PCBAs and mechanical assemblies. This technician role requires extensive soldering experience, the ability to read assembly documentation, and a strong attention to detail. Collaborating closely with manufacturing, test, and engineering teams, you will help uphold IPC workmanship standards for electronic products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform rework on both SMT and through-hole components

• Use specialized tools for repairing electronic assemblies

• Interpret documents including schematics and BOMs

• Conduct inspection and mechanical rework tasks

• Document all rework activities meticulously

Requirements:

• Proficient in soldering and electronic assembly repairs

• Skilled in using a microscope for fine-pitch components

• Knowledgeable in ESD handling practices

• Strong problem-solving and manual dexterity skills

• Experience with IPC certifications preferred
