Wiring Assembler
Shift: The standard shift runs from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday to Friday
Wage: up to $25/hr.

Job Description
The Wiring Assembler is responsible for building industrial control panels for data centers and oil and gas applications.
In this role, you assemble custom panels using electrical schematics, install and wire electrical components, and perform testing to ensure each unit meets quality and safety standards.
You work hands‑on with hand and power tools, lifting devices, and measuring equipment in a modern manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Assemble industrial control panels for data centres and oil and gas units according to drawings, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
Lay out panels and plan component placement to meet design and electrical requirements.
Mount devices such as breakers, switch gear components, and other electrical hardware onto panels and enclosures.
Perform electrical wiring of circuits within control panels, including cutting, stripping, crimping, and terminating wires.
Use electrical schematics to install electrical components accurately and ensure correct connections and routing.
Crimp and label wires, organize harnesses, and ensure neat, safe, and serviceable wiring layouts.
Use hand tools, power tools, wrenches, and lifting devices efficiently and safely to complete assembly tasks.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to verify component placement, wiring paths, and assembly details.
Measure and mark dimensions using both standard and metric tape measures to ensure precise fabrication and assembly.
Essential Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in wiring assembly or electrical assembly, preferably with custom builds.
At least 1 year of hands‑on experience working on the floor in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with switch gear and breaker assembly for at least 1 year.
Proficiency in electrical wiring of circuits within industrial control panels.
