Position: SMT Operator with Quality Focus
Become an SMT Operator at Blackline Safety and focus on quality assurance in electronic assemblies. Work an afternoon shift while contributing to innovative safety solutions for workers.

As a member of the production team, you will set up and operate SMT equipment while ensuring adherence to high manufacturing standards. Your responsibilities will include performing visual inspections, conducting maintenance on equipment, and assisting with product rework. Collaborate with fellow operators and the Lead Hand to support continuous improvement initiatives and uphold safety practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate SMT production equipment effectively

• Conduct visual inspections for quality assurance

• Document procedures and maintain accurate records

• Rework defective SMT boards as needed

• Support efficient production processes

Requirements:

• High school diploma is required;
Technical Diploma is a plus

• Minimum of 2 years of SMT experience

• Understanding of IPC-610 quality standards

• Experience with Microsoft Office for documentation

• Ability to apply Lean Manufacturing principles
