Step into a vital role as an Aircraft Engine Production Planner at Lufthansa Technik Canada. Drive technical coordination to enhance aircraft engine maintenance and ensure operational excellence.
You'll play a key role in managing Mobile Engine Services events, ensuring that both Repair Station and On-Site operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your tasks include evaluating event costs, ensuring availability of materials and manpower, and facilitating engineering approvals. A crucial part of your job will be organizing work packages and ensuring all documentation is completed, while being on call after hours for urgent requests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and review aircraft engine maintenance events
• Ensure availability of resources for MES operations
• Calculate event costs and turnaround time accurately
• Oversee documentation for completed events
• Coordinate logistics for On-Site travel and material shipping
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent necessary
• Bachelor’s degree required;
Master’s degree preferred
• At least 2 years in MRO settings desired
• Engine experience, especially CFM
56, is a plus
• Expertise in SAP and MS Office a must
